What is Velpora?
Velpora is an AI content-creation workspace focused on Xiaohongshu (RED) posts. It drafts titles, post copy, hashtags, cover images and vertical video clips in proven structures. You review, edit and publish the content yourself.
Will posts written with Velpora go viral?
No tool can guarantee that. Distribution depends on content quality, account status, timing, audience interest and more. Velpora provides proven writing structures and speed. It does not promise any views, reach, followers or income.
Do you sell followers, likes or posting services?
No. Velpora is only a content tool. We do not sell followers, likes, saves, comments or any engagement, we do not post on your behalf, and we do not trade accounts. Accounts that try to use Velpora this way will be terminated.
Is Velpora affiliated with Xiaohongshu?
No. Velpora is an independent third-party tool with no affiliation, partnership or endorsement from Xiaohongshu or its operator. It never connects to or scrapes your Xiaohongshu account.
How do credits work?
One post (titles + copy + hashtags) costs 1 credit, a cover 4 credits, a carousel 12 credits and a video clip 30 credits. Failed generations are free. Plan credits are valid for the current period; credit-pack credits never expire.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in one click under Account Settings > Subscription, without contacting support. You keep access until the end of the current billing period and will not be charged again.
How do refunds work?
First monthly payments within 7 days, and first yearly payments within 14 days, are fully refundable if no more than 20% of credits were used. Unused credit packs are refundable within 14 days. Email billing@velpora.shop and we will process it within 5 business days. See the Refund Policy for details.
Who owns the generated content?
Subject to the Terms, you own your inputs and may use the outputs for personal or commercial purposes. AI output may resemble other content, so please review before publishing.
Is my data safe?
All traffic is encrypted over HTTPS. We never sell your personal data or showcase your private content, and you can request export or deletion at any time.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, securely processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars.
