Subscription & billing terms
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the same price until you cancel. The renewal amount is shown clearly at checkout.
- Cancel anytime in one click under Account Settings > Subscription. You keep access until the end of the current period and are not charged again.
- Full refund on a first monthly payment within 7 days, or a first yearly payment within 14 days, if no more than 20% of credits were used. Unused credit packs are refundable within 14 days. See the Refund Policy.
- Your card statement will show VELPORA.SHOP.
- Monthly plan credits are valid for the current period and do not roll over. Credit-pack credits are separate and do not expire.
- For yearly plans we email a reminder 7 days before renewal.

Pricing questions
Will posts written with Velpora go viral?
No tool can guarantee that. Distribution depends on content quality, account status, timing, audience interest and more. Velpora provides proven writing structures and speed. It does not promise any views, reach, followers or income.
How do credits work?
One post (titles + copy + hashtags) costs 1 credit, a cover 4 credits, a carousel 12 credits and a video clip 30 credits. Failed generations are free. Plan credits are valid for the current period; credit-pack credits never expire.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in one click under Account Settings > Subscription, without contacting support. You keep access until the end of the current billing period and will not be charged again.
How do refunds work?
First monthly payments within 7 days, and first yearly payments within 14 days, are fully refundable if no more than 20% of credits were used. Unused credit packs are refundable within 14 days.
