Velpora helps you create original, authentic Xiaohongshu content more efficiently. To protect our users, third parties and the wider content ecosystem, you must follow this policy when using the Service. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Fake Engagement and Platform Manipulation
Velpora does not sell followers, likes, saves, comments, views or traffic, and you may not use the Service to:
- Farm followers, likes, saves or comments, or otherwise fake engagement or traffic;
- Mass-produce content for spam, bulk messaging or automated mass posting across account networks;
- Buy, sell or rent accounts, or operate fake accounts;
- Evade platform moderation, reach limits or bans.
2. Fake Reviews and Deceptive Content
- Presenting fabricated product experiences, reviews, customer photos or testimonials as genuine;
- Undisclosed advertising or paid partnerships;
- Posing as an ordinary consumer to promote your own or a client’s products.
3. Misleading Claims and Regulated Topics
- Misleading medical, health, weight-loss or cosmetic efficacy claims, or advice that replaces professional care;
- Misleading financial or investment claims or promises of returns;
- Absolute advertising terms such as “best”, “No. 1”, “national-level” or “100% effective”, or any other wording that breaches advertising law;
- False statements about a product’s origin, ingredients or certifications.
You are responsible for making sure your content complies with applicable advertising and consumer protection laws before you publish it.
4. Sexual and Inappropriate Content
- Pornographic, sexually explicit or otherwise not-safe-for-work (NSFW) content;
- Any content that sexualizes minors. This leads to immediate account termination and, where required by law, a report to the authorities.
5. Deepfakes and Impersonation
- Creating deepfake images or videos of real people;
- Impersonating real individuals, brands, organizations or official accounts;
- Using someone’s likeness, name or voice without their consent.
6. Intellectual Property
- Uploading or generating content that infringes copyright, such as unlicensed images, film stills or articles;
- Using other people’s trademarks or brand marks without authorization in a way that causes confusion;
- Promoting counterfeit goods.
7. Illegal and Harmful Content
- Hate speech, discrimination, harassment, bullying or threats;
- Promoting violence, self-harm or terrorism;
- Promoting illegal goods or services, including gambling, weapons, drugs and controlled substances;
- Scams, pyramid schemes or other illegal activity.
8. Technical Abuse
- Distributing malware, or attacking or disrupting the Service or its infrastructure;
- Scraping, crawling or accessing the Service through unauthorized automation;
- Reverse engineering, decompiling or attempting to extract source code, models or prompts;
- Sharing account credentials, or letting multiple people use one seat;
- Reselling, sublicensing or white-labeling the Service without our written permission;
- Abusing the Free plan or circumventing limits, for example by creating multiple accounts.
9. Automated Safety Filters
Image and video generation includes automated safety filters that may refuse or block requests that violate this policy. Blocked requests are not charged. Safety filters are not perfect, and you remain responsible for the content you generate and publish.
10. Reporting Abuse and IP Complaints
If you see someone using Velpora in violation of this policy, or believe content infringes your intellectual property, email support@velpora.shop and include as much of the following as possible:
- Your contact details;
- A description of the content, with links or screenshots;
- For IP complaints: proof of your rights and a statement that you believe in good faith the use is unauthorized.
11. Enforcement
Depending on the nature and severity of a violation, we may take one or more of the following actions: issue a warning, remove content, restrict features, suspend or permanently terminate the account, and report to the authorities where required by law.
Accounts terminated for violating this policy are not refunded, except where the law requires otherwise, and any remaining credits are forfeited. If you believe we made a mistake, you can appeal by contacting support@velpora.shop.
