Terms of Service

Welcome to Velpora. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and Velpora Studio (“we”, “us” or “Velpora”) governing your access to and use of velpora.shop and related services (the “Service”). Please read them carefully before signing up, paying or using the Service, especially the sections on auto-renewal, refunds, disclaimers and limitation of liability.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an account, ticking a consent box, completing a payment or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by the following policies, which form part of these Terms:

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use the Service, and at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher) to purchase a paid plan or credit pack. People under 16 may not use the Service.

You also confirm that the laws where you live do not prohibit you from using the Service and that we have not previously terminated your account for violating these Terms.

3. Your Account

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

  • Each account is for one individual. The Studio plan includes 5 seats, and each seat is likewise for one person only.
  • Do not share your password, and do not sell, rent or transfer your account.
  • If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, notify us immediately at support@velpora.shop.

4. The Service

Velpora is an independent AI content-creation tool that helps you produce material for Xiaohongshu (RED) posts, including titles, body copy, hashtags, 3:4 cover images, carousel slides and 9:16 short video clips. You review and edit everything that is generated, and you alone decide whether and how to publish it.

  • Velpora never posts on your behalf and never connects to, logs into or scrapes your Xiaohongshu account.
  • Velpora does not sell followers, likes, saves, comments, views, engagement or traffic, does not offer account trading, and does not promise “guaranteed viral” results.
  • Velpora is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Xiaohongshu or its operator, Xingyin Information Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. The Xiaohongshu name is used only to describe what the Service is for.

We may add, change or remove features from time to time. If a change would materially reduce the core functionality of a plan you have paid for, we will notify you in advance.

5. Credits and Plans

Usage of the Service is measured in credits. Each type of generation costs:

  • Note (10 titles + body copy + hashtags): 1 credit
  • Title rewrite: 1 credit
  • Cover image: 4 credits
  • Carousel: 12 credits
  • Short video clip: 30 credits

Failed generations are not charged. Current plans (priced in USD):

  • Free: $0, 30 credits per month, watermark on cover images.
  • Creator: $12/month, or $108/year ($9/month), 400 credits per month.
  • Pro: $29/month, or $276/year ($23/month), 1,200 credits per month.
  • Studio: $79/month, or $756/year ($63/month), 4,000 credits per month, 5 seats.
  • Credit packs (one-time purchase): 300 credits for $9, 1,000 credits for $25, 3,000 credits for $59. Credit packs do not auto-renew and never expire while your account is open.

Subscription credits are issued monthly and reset at the start of each billing period; unused subscription credits do not roll over. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, withdrawn or resold. Current pricing is always shown on our pricing page.

6. Billing and Auto-Renewal

Payments are processed by Stripe (and PayPal where offered). We never store your full card number. Prices are in USD, and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Charges appear on your card statement as VELPORA.SHOP.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and billing interval until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your saved payment method at the start of each billing period.

  • We email you a receipt for every charge.
  • For annual plans, we send a reminder email 7 days before renewal.
  • Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.
  • If we change our prices, we will notify you before the change takes effect. New prices apply from your next billing period, and you may cancel before then.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel at any time, self-serve, at Account Settings > Subscription, with no need to contact support. After canceling, you keep access until the end of the current billing period and will not be charged again. See our Cancellation Policy for step-by-step instructions.

Refund eligibility, time limits and how to request a refund are set out in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer law (for example, in the EU or UK).

8. Acceptable Use

You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use the Service to create fake engagement, fake reviews, misleading medical or financial claims, sexual content, deepfakes, infringing material or any other illegal or harmful content. Violations may lead to content removal and suspension or termination of your account.

9. Your Content and License

You retain all rights in the content you submit (such as text, images and product information). To the extent permitted by law, you own the outputs the Service generates for you.

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, transmit and display your content to you (and to team members you authorize), solely as needed to operate and provide the Service.

  • We do not use your private content for public showcases or marketing examples without your opt-in.
  • We do not use your private content to train models without your opt-in.

You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to the content you upload and that your content and your use of it do not infringe anyone else’s rights.

10. AI Output Disclaimer

Outputs are generated automatically by artificial intelligence models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or inappropriate. Because of how AI works, the output you receive may be similar or identical to content generated for other users.

You are responsible for reviewing every output for accuracy and legality before publishing it, including compliance with advertising law, consumer protection law, intellectual property law and Xiaohongshu’s community guidelines.

We make no guarantee of views, followers, engagement, sales or income. How content performs depends on platform algorithms, your account, your niche, timing and many other factors, and results vary.

11. Third-Party Platforms

The Service helps you create content suitable for Xiaohongshu, but Velpora is not affiliated with Xiaohongshu. Your activity on Xiaohongshu or any other third-party platform is governed by that platform’s own terms and community rules, which you are responsible for following.

We are not responsible for moderation decisions, reach limits, post removals, account bans or rule changes made by third-party platforms. The Service may link to third-party websites or services that we do not control.

12. Velpora’s Intellectual Property

Apart from your content, the Service and all of its components (including software, interface design, templates, prompt systems, text, logos and trademarks) belong to Velpora Studio or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Without our written permission, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or sublicense the Service or any part of it, or use it to build a competing product.

13. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time and delete your account from Account Settings.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, engage in fraud or abuse, or if we are required to by law. Where appropriate, we will notify you in advance and explain why.

Accounts terminated for violating the Acceptable Use Policy are not refunded, except where the law requires otherwise. When an account is terminated or deleted, any unused credits (including credit pack credits) are forfeited. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and dispute resolution) will survive.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain implied warranties, in which case the above exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by law.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill or loss of accounts.

Our total liability to you arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amounts you actually paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, such as liability for fraud or gross negligence.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us and our affiliates, employees and service providers from any losses, liabilities and reasonable costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from third-party claims related to your content, your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms or your infringement of anyone else’s rights.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email or in-app notice. Non-material changes (such as wording or typo fixes) take effect when the page is updated.

If you continue using the Service after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you may cancel and stop using the Service before they take effect.

18. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Velpora Studio is registered, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.

If a dispute arises, please contact us first at support@velpora.shop. We will try in good faith to resolve it informally. If we cannot, the dispute may be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction.
